Global Training Business Development Expert for Business Line Industrial

Main taksk:

• Drive efficient training business development for ZF Aftermarket Off Highway /New mobility (e-mobility) products.
• Continuous evolution and implementation of additional contributing training business strategy elements and action plans leading value-added services, business growth for Off Highway/New mobility training products
• Define & measure governance model, KPI´s & target setting process together with the Business line Off Highway /New mobility category manager
• Support new content creation for the Business line Off Highway /New mobility.
• Support regional sales and training teams to enhance their training capabilities by providing content overview and sharing platforms.
• Provide training market analysis for further content creation opportunities.
• Support to improve global training management processes and working in the project teams.

Your profile:

• Business informatics/administration, pedagogics or engineering Degree (Technical background or education is a plus)
• Project management experience
• Proven experience in data analytics and data modeling
• Change management skills
• Experience working in global environment.
• English language competency (German, French or other is a plus)
• Product Knowledge about Off Highway and e-mobility is a plus.
