MES/Scada Support Analyst II (m/f/d)

We are looking for a new colleague to strengthen our MES/Scada Support Team in Ponte de Lima, Portugal
 
Main accountabilities, responsibilities and deliverables

    •  Service Manager responsibilities 
    •  Work in partnership with Production local leaders, IT Infrastructure and other IT P&Q areas to provision and run operational services for all Production systems. This includes Shopfloor Monitoring & Management, Process Execution Control, Manufacturing Execution Systems Platforms, Production Logistics, Traceability and Mistake-Proofing
    •  Overall responsibility for successful daily support of Production IT services in area of responsibility
    •  Enable and actively contribute to the I4.0 strategy for production;
    •  Enable IT innovation and continuous improvement in area of responsibility;
    •  Support compliance in area of responsibility, especially concerning software license management;
    •  Support projects and small orders improvements according with the business and customer requirements, following the IT standards and process defined;
    •  Rollouts for Production and Quality applications and IT infrastructure.

Required skills and experience / main competencies
 
    • Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering is required;
    • Operational excellence, critical thinking, communication and research skills;
    • In depth business understanding – IT operations in a factory environment;
    • SCADA, MES and IT Manufacturing Solid Knowledge (Minimum of 3 years).
