Your tasks:


• Executing end to end recruitment process defining the requirements of the position and candidate profile being in close cooperation with the hiring manager;
• Actively monitoring and identifying the availabiity of potential candidates through business networks;
• Defining recruitment strategy and channels, creating and publishing job offers and proactively identify potential candidates via available social networks and platforms;
• Conducting candidates' assessment, providing and communicating feedback to hiring manager, planning and organizing following steps of the process;
• Act as a single point of contact to candidates, scheduling interviews with hiring manager and providing feedback after each step;
• Maintaining and updating candidates' data base and monitoring recruitment processes to ensure quality and efficiency.


Your profile:


• University degree in field of Human Resources, Business Administration or related field;
• Min. 2 years of relevant experience, preferable within automotive industry or similar production systems;
• Experience with recruitment talent acquisition and selection tools and strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Proficiency in MS Office, knowledge of SAP Success Factors will be an advantage;
• Fluent English and Czech language skills, profieciency in other Eastern European languages will be strong advantage.
