HW Developer

We are looking for new colleagues interested in HW development area for our R&D Centre and Intelligent Connectivity Solutions specialist - ZF OPENMATICS, located in Pilsen.

Your tasks:

• Design specifications and development of connectivity devices
• Work on hardware systems projects to craft telematics solutions
• Analyze project requirements, create technical specifications and find suitable components for telematics devices (vehicle onboard units, driver feedback devices)
• Work with product team, discuss and implement cross-functional requirements
• Problem solving during the whole development process (complex system issues)

Your profile: 

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or in a related field / similar practical experience 
• Previous experience with enterprise-class hardware systems design, data center engineering (servers, storage)
• Previous experience with board design, validation, and design tools (e.g. schematic capture, layout tools, etc.), signal integrity, and power distribution techniques
• Previous experience with MS Azure Sphere, sensors and actuators (CAN Controllers/Transceivers), Bluetooth adapters, GSM modems and batteries solar panels
• Knowledge of English language (daily use)
