Talent Acquisition Team Lead - Eastern EU

We are currently looking for a Team Leader - Eastern Europe to join our team at ZF Global Talent Acquisition.
Location: Plzeň

Your responsibilities:

• Lead a team of Recruiting/Sourcing Specialists by mentoring, providing resources, and problem-solving across the Czech Republic, Hungary, and Slovakia;
• Act as the first line of contact for the team, hold regular meetings to discuss wins/challenges, and address escalation activities;
• Steer and monitor team performance and KPIs, identifying and guiding improvements where necessary, helping ensure team performance is optimized and achieves metrics;
• Lead annual individual performance evaluations and review sessions
• Build strong and long-lasting trusted relationships with hiring managers, business leaders, and the HR community;
• Ensure data compliance and provide accurate ad-hoc reporting;
• Lead regional and/or global training and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s university degree;
• 7+ years of  experience within a full cycle talent acquisition environment;
• Previous experience in team leadership/mentorship within a matrix organization;
• Strong customer service focus and stakeholder engagement experience;
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills including English language skills;
• High level of professionalism and demonstrated excellent organizational skills as well as problem-solving, and conflict management.
