ZF Race Engineering is a part of ZF’s business in the field of motorsport, motorbikes and small volume production applications. It is acting as a one-stop supplier of all ZF products for special requirements in the market.
And now ZF race is coming to Pilsen!

We are looking for passionate engineers who want to develop “The best for the best”!

The System Engineers will be acting on different system roles (system-architects, -requirements, - safety, - integration, -calibration, -testing, Lead Engineers and Project Managers.).

Your tasks:

Lead and manage the ZF Race projects in R&D
Design or define mechatronic systems for ZF Race applications
Design or define interfaces between ZF systems and customer vehicles
Check and define system requirements
Validate functionality on test system and vehicles
Contribute to make-or-buy decision for components
Work closely with the ZF Race R&D teams worldwide
Ensure to run the development projects agile according to the specific ZF Race culture

Your profile:

Completed studies in the field of mechatronics, electronics, robotics, SW or similar
At least 5 years of professional experience in product development / testing
Outstanding expertise in system engineering
Awareness about safety regulations, designs and demands in e-mobility
Strategic thinking and openness for new and innovative ideas/methods combined with pragmatic attitude
English language for daily communication (German is an advantage)
Passion for motorsport
