Student Assistant in Sustainability Risk Management - part time job (m/f/d)

About the Team:

As Student Assistant in Sustainability Risk Management you will support the Corporate Risk and Control Management team conducting a Climate Risk Analysis for ZF Group.

The role is primarily office-based in Prague (part time job); remote work may be considered only after onboarding and in exceptional cases.

What you can look forward to Student Assistant in Sustainability Risk Management (m/f/d):

• Be part of the team responsible for ZF’s Climate Risk Analysis and sustainability-related risk management activities.
• Support the collection and validation of climate and other related data from experts around the world.
• Help prepare presentations and reports used by senior and top management for strategic decision-making.
• Assist in organizing international workshops, meetings and working groups with sustainability and risk management experts.
• Gain valuable insights into climate risk assessments, ESG reporting requirements and sustainability regulations (CSRD/ESRS, CDP,..)
• Work closely with experienced professionals in Risk Management, Sustainability and Climate Experts.
• Support project coordination activities, including scheduling, documentation and follow-up of action items.
• Develop your analytical, organizational and communication skills in a global business environment.
• Learn how sustainability topics are integrated into Corporate Governance, Risk Management and business strategy.
• Build an international network while contributing to projects that support the company’s sustainability journey.

Your profile as a to Student Assistant in Sustainability Risk Management (m/f/d):

• Enrolled student in Business, Economics, Sustainability, Risk Management or a related field.
• Proactive, reliable and curious to learn, with a strong interest in building a career in Sustainability, ESG and Risk Management.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Skills and user experience in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• First experiences with working on larger datasets, ensuring data quality and supporting analysis through structured data preparation and reporting.
• Good English skills; German is a plus.
