Sales and channel development manager CEE (m/f/d)

As a Business Development Manager for our Digital solutions, you will play a pivotal role in creating and expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth in CEE region. Your primary responsibilities will involve actively identifying and developing new business channels, negotiating commercial agreements, conducting market research, engaging with key customers, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure excellent customer experiences.

 

Main Accountabilities, Responsibilities, and Deliverables:

  • Actively identify, pursue, and develop new business channels such as resellers, distributors, eco-system partners,  associations, software partners, trade shows, and events.
  • Negotiate and close commercial agreements to drive product penetration and revenue growth.
  • Conduct on-the-ground market research to understand the unique needs and potential of the diagnostic , digital workshops and fleet management sector within the territory.
  • Engage directly with key customers, fostering strong relationships, and closing sales deals.
  • Implement a sales plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence in the market.
  • Liaise with the product and marketing teams, providing on-the-ground insights and feedback from customers.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to maximize the impact of promotional campaigns for our solutions within the territory.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market activities, and competitors and adjust the field sales strategies accordingly.
  • Manage and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular field visits and follow-ups.
  • Work with internal teams (like sales, customer service, and product development) to ensure a consistent and excellent customer experience.

 

Required Skills and Experience / Main Competencies:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering , Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven field sales, sales development, channel development, or business development experience, preferably within the fleet management, SaaS, or Tech industry of 10+ years.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and develop business channels on the ground.
  • Very strong negotiation skills with a track record of successfully closing deals.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Good understanding of the CEE market peculiarities and dynamics.
  • Very good & demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with teams such as sales, marketing, and customer service.
  • Proven track record of achieving field sales, sales, channel targets, and driving business growth.
  • Fluent in Czech and English; additional languages are a strong plus.
