Person in charge of project management, responsible for achieving the defined objectives of the project. The project manager is the main resource to coordinate all involved teams inside the company, inside ZF and with the partners. He/She is acting on behalf of Plzen core management, leading internal and/or international projects. PM is responsible for deadlines, delivery scope audits quality, budget and dedicated team(s) lead.

Tasks:
• Managing software projects
• Leading (interdisciplinary) project teams and ensuring their effectiveness
• Act as a link between internal customer, supplier, partners and departments
• Organize and prepare for meetings, gate reviews, decisions
• Managing the project scope, time, budget, contracting and quality according to relevant standards (e.g. IPMA, ASPICE)

Profile:
• Proven knowledge and several years of professional experience in software development
• Experience in the application of Automotive Spice, ISO26262 and agile development methods
• Ability to lead and motivate others
• Knowledge of project-planning tools
