About the Team:

As a Regional Buyer EU (m/f/d), you will drive the purchasing strategy for the global motorcycle commodity portfolio across Europe. You will lead sourcing initiatives, optimize costs, manage supplier performance, and support the execution of global procurement projects to strengthen business competitiveness.

What you can look forward to as a Regional Buyer EU (m/f/d):

• Lead sourcing, supplier selection, and contract negotiations for the assigned commodity area.
• Drive cost reduction initiatives and manage pricing strategies at regional and global levels.
• Develop supplier performance, mitigate risks, and implement global supplier strategies.
• Lead global purchasing projects and act as the main commercial contact for key suppliers.
• Collaborate with international purchasing, engineering, project, and manufacturing teams.

Your experience as a Regional Buyer EU (m/f/d):

• Master's degree and 3+ years of experience in strategic purchasing or procurement.
• Strong negotiation skills and proven experience with TCO, supplier management, and sourcing projects.
• Solid analytical, project management, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Fluent English and good knowledge of international procurement markets and supply chains.
• Independent, proactive team player with strong communication and intercultural skills.
• Knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
