Recruiting Coordinator for the Talent Acquisition Team

Responsibilities

  • Schedule interviews and phone screens and work directly with candidates in support of the Talent Acquisition team
  • Update candidate records and job postings in recruiting systems and confirming new hires
  • Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email
  • Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
  • Assist in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree related to Human Resources or first working experience within HR 
  • Good knowledge with MS Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Experience with an ATS, preferably SuccessFactors, would be a plus
  • Solid English language skills, further languages (esp. German and Polish) are a plus
