Are you interested in digitalization? Do you like interaction with customers? Do you think that development and digitalization of rescue services are important? Take a crucial part in the development of the digital solutions of future - ZF Rescue Connect - ZF. We are expanding our team in the area of Digital Products & Predictive Maintenance at one of our locations in Plzeň, Praha and Zlín.

You will contribute to the development of new digital use cases and solutions based on field, fleet, and product data. You will work in interdisciplinary and cross-project teams developing applications and functions in the areas of predictive maintenance and fleet management. Your work will include project management, from requirements to implementation, to market launch.

Your Tasks:

Customer project-based management of cloud and IoT-based digital solutions development
Technical & commercial leadership and coordination of individual sub-projects across multiple locations
Clarification of requirements, deadlines, change requests, etc. with internal and external customers
Planning and allocation of development resources to sub-projects
Point of contact for the project team
Project planning, tracking, and commercial success transparency
Adherence to standard processes in projects
Performing necessary approvals and coordinating deliveries
Problem tracking and analysis, management reporting

Your Profile:

Completed engineering degree in electrical or information technology or applied computer science
Several years of professional experience in the management of software projects, particularly agile projects
Background in cloud and IoT-based software development
Confident and reliable communication skills when dealing with customers and suppliers
Negotiation skills in German, English would be an advatage
High resilience, commitment, and decisiveness as well as independent and pragmatic approach; communication skills
