Program manager - Marketing Automation

Your tasks:
- Design, plan, manage, analyze, support and continuously improve central and regional customer life-cycle management campaigns, utilizing our marketing automation and CRM suite.
- Drive and own the performance of our global and regional demand nurturing funnels, by effectively influencing all key decision makers that impact the success of our demand generation programs.
- Track and analyze performance campaign data from email (nurture) campaigns, and use insights to improve email campaign and landing page quality scores
- Define, deploy and implement an effective and agreed lead scoring & life cycle segmentation model
- Steer, develop and mature a Lead and Demand Generation community of global and regional marketeers, sales associates and other key stakeholders.
- Plan, manage, and roll out email and marketing automation plans, with defined goals using customer insight and analytical data.
- Own and manage the overall governance of the customer life cycle communication programs , process and tools
- Global roll-out of tools and process, by preparing the tool technically and by giving appropriate training and support to the regional team
- Align with key functions in the demand management process, like digital channel marketing, sales operations, SEO & Tagging, and regional marketing teams
Your Profile:
- At least 3 -5 years' experience in building and optimizing demand & lead generation and lead nurturing programs (Experience in B2B is a must)
- Proven expertise of Marketing Automation universe (Certification is a strong plus)
- Experience with managing Marketing Automation platform in a multi-territory environment
- Good reporting and analytic skills, both quantitative and qualitative, with strong attention to detail
- Considerable experience in online marketing, digital marketing, Marketing automation, CRM
- Demonstrated strategic thinking and creative problem-solving activities
- An excellent knowledge of Email Marketing best practice
- Experience on building COE and Global roll-out of a digital marketing tool
