Product Owner Salesforce (m/f/d)

Job Description

Drive and steer the prioritization, refinement and planning of features regarding customer hierarchy, customer segmentation and customer master data management on the Salesforce platform. Furthermore, you will drive data quality initiatives & governance together with regional stakeholders and teams as key enabler for customer related processes and business growth.
What you can look forward to as eLearning Product Owner Salesforce?:
•    Collaborate with stakeholders, users and other CRM product teams to understand and anticipate needs.
•    Assess and consolidate all relevant requirements and drive functional & technical specification including creation and refinement of user stories.
•    Product ownership for Customer & contact objects and related capabilities
•    Define product vision & roadmap & manage product backlog.
•    Support cross-divisional application streamlining and implementation of the target picture for ZF’s enterprise architecture by positioning of the CRM solution as key platform in the Aftermarket technology stack.
•    Ensure all related functions understand the output value of CRM processes, tools and data and that it gets utilized.
•    Contribute to overall CRM platform vision, roadmap, and business case.
Your profile as elearning Product Owner Salesforce?:
•    Successfully completed Bachelor or Master degree in business administration or Information Technology.
•    At least 5 years of experience as project manager or product owner.
•    Proven experience with Salesforce, especially Account & contact management (Salesforce certifications are a plus).
•    Proven experience in Agile methodologies like Scrum.
•    Entrepreneurial, driven self-starter focused on identifying opportunities having the tenacity and energy to build the necessary bridges to make it happen.
•    Outstanding communication skills.
•    Experience in global stakeholder management & working with people from different levels.
•    Experience with master data quality and data governance is a plus.
