Product Owner - Customer Identity and Access Management (m/f/d)

Your Tasks:

  • Define, develop, and deploy online platformenhancements in the area of Customer Identity and Access Management (IAM) to make online customer interactions convenient & effective
  • Define and implement product roadmap to accomplish aligned and agreed product and conversion KPI targets
  • Act as major point of contact within Front End Solutions towards the wider business organization and steer IT demand planning by defining, developing, and deploying effective internal and cross functional working processes, securing optimal use of available developer and product owner resources 
  • Build and maintain a strong relationship with Commercial Excellence and Marketing functions identifying and facilitating opportunities to leverage combined resources and tools.
  • Understand customer behavior online and drive measures to improve customer engagement. Track and analyze data generated from various sources including ZF websites.
  • Manage and steer 3rd party suppliers and agencies effectively


Your Profile:

  • 2-3 years of relevant working experience - significant experience in digitalization of sales processes & online platform development in an international environment
  • Experience as digital product owner including Agile and Scrum working methodologies
  • Experience with Identity and Access Management solutions highly preferred
  • Experience in defining online concepts, strategies and best practices
  • Experience with web analytics, tracking & measuring tools and techniques
  • Sales Force development project experience is an advantage
