Your Tasks:

Define, and own of cross-functional platform roadmap in alignment with stakeholders
Drive implementation and data model to meet overall business goals
Define, align and influence cross-functional business processes to maximize effectiveness of business processes and optimize customer experiences
Evaluate cross-functional platform requirements including business value assessment
Work with different Product Owners on refining the requirements from feature level to Backlog items
Drive platform governance and security including creation and maintenance of policies, best practices, and key performance indicators to measure platform stability and optimization
Manage relevant stakeholder communities and work with associated team members to understand projects, facilitate business process analysis sessions, and provide solution guidance
Proactively benchmark processes and platform internally and externally to drive innovation

Your Profile:

At least 5+ years of experience with technical Salesforce implementations, experience with Salesforce.com configurations and strong experience with Salesforce platform: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and community cloud
An expert understanding of architecture methods with the experience and pragmatism to shape the best approach for business
Strong experience with business process management and process modeling
Strong experience with enterprise integration tools and extract, transformation, and load (ETL) tools is an advantage
Experience in working in Agile methodologies is an advantage
Proactive team player with outstanding communicational skills
