Key responsibilities:

  • Support sales management and customer service : software distribution and licensing, marketing materials, product information management, sales reporting
  • Track and analyze competitor’s value proposition, product offerings, recent actions, developments and trends
  • Support sales growth by visiting customers to identify and understand customer needs, opportunities/challenges (business development)
  • Write features/user stories for clearly capturing the evolutionary system requirements and manage the corresponding product backlog
  • Participate in the portfolio-, product-, release-, and sprint-planning activities by representing the voice of the customers

 

Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience in global rollout and day to day operations of hardware/software/SaaS solutions
  • Eager to work in an international environment
  • Eager to engage local business teams via good relationship management skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • English required and German preferred
  • Agile mindset
