Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Digital Transformation Manager to drive digital initiatives within our Business Line Industrial Aftermarket. In this role, you will work closely with internal stakeholders across divisions to develop and implement strategies that address the unique challenges of the Industrial Aftermarket. With a strong focus on innovation, process optimization, and project management, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our digital landscape.

What you can look forward to as Digital Transformation Manager?

• Define and implement strategies that support the digital transformation of the Industrial Aftermarket, aligning with organizational KPIs.
• Identify and execute opportunities to enhance efficiency and collaboration across various internal functions, including IT, product management, and development teams.
• Manage the full lifecycle of smart products, from concept to deployment, ensuring alignment with stakeholders and delivering measurable results.
• Act as the key point of contact for stakeholders in Industrial Technology, Aftermarket divisions, and IT departments, ensuring smooth coordination and alignment.
• Evaluating new technologies and industry trends, providing well-founded proposals for suitable projects. 
• Evaluate emerging industry trends and technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and propose actionable projects.

Your Profile:

• A degree in IT, Engineering, or Business Informatics is essential – we need you to have a solid foundation for understanding technical and business challenges
• Several years in project management, or alternatively, experience as a business analyst with a focus on process automation or digitalization
• Fluency in English is required; German is a nice-to-have
• Strong ability to communicate complex ideas across diverse stakeholders and departments
