ZF Race Engineering is a part of ZF’s business in the field of passenger cars (sport, common or special vehicles), motorbikes and small volume production applications.
It is acting as a one-stop supplier of all ZF products for special requirements in the market. 

 

And now ZF race is coming to Pilsen! 

We are looking for passionate Design Engineers who want to develop “The best for the best”! You can work on driveline (like e-motors, transmissions, clutch systems) as well as on chassis (like suspension systems, break components, steering).


Your tasks:

 

  • Work closely with project teams on design/definition of mechanical or mechatronic layouts
  • Develop, construct and dimension mechanical systems and their components in CAD systems with the support of PDM databases 
  • Responsible management and processing of assigned design tasks with regard to quality, deadlines and costs, consult the steps with the superior
  • Contribute to development (product development, development and improvement of processes and methods, etc.)


Your profile:

 

  • Ing./B.Sc. in mechanical engineering or transport technology, with experience in designing
  • Experience with 3D CAD systems (Creo/Pro-Engineer an advantage) and mechanical construction
  • Orientation in PLM/PDM databases (especially PTC products Windchill/Intralink), SAP system and FEM calculations is an advantage
  • Advanced English knowledge

 
Advantage:

 

  • Automotive experience (especially with focus on motorsport) welcome
  • Active and creative approach
  • Open for new and innovative ideas/methods
  • German language
  • Flexibility (foreign business trips as part of training and for the purpose of taking over/handing over a project/assignment, or communication during the contract),
  • Driver's license category B
