Business Analyst

Your Tasks:
- Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and develop optimization strategies
- Drive and perform business requirement analysis by collaborating closely with relevant stakeholders and subject matter experts
- Perform gap analysis based on as-is and to-be processes
- Create and own functional and non-functional specifications and prepare wireframes/flowcharts
- Proactively recommend effective solutions and process improvements based on analysis and requirements
- Create test cases and validate the functionality of the developed features to ensure that business needs and requirements are met
- Act as liaison between business and IT functions
Your Profile:
- A minimum of 3+ years of experience in requirements engineering
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Strong ability to manage and influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
- Strong experience with business process management and process modeling
- Experience with software integration
- Experience with Salesforce platform, preferably Sales Cloud and service cloud
- Experience with test management and Agile methodologies is an advantage
- Proactive team player with outstanding communicational skills
