Your Tasks:

Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and develop optimization strategies
Drive and perform business requirement analysis by collaborating closely with relevant stakeholders and subject matter experts
Perform gap analysis based on as-is and to-be processes
Create and own functional and non-functional specifications and prepare wireframes/flowcharts
Proactively recommend effective solutions and process improvements based on analysis and requirements
Create test cases and validate the functionality of the developed features to ensure that business needs and requirements are met
Act as liaison between business and IT functions

Your Profile:

A minimum of 3+ years of experience in requirements engineering
Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
Strong ability to manage and influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
Strong experience with business process management and process modeling
Experience with software integration
Experience with Salesforce platform, preferably Sales Cloud and service cloud
Experience with test management and Agile methodologies is an advantage
Proactive team player with outstanding communicational skills
