Your Tasks

  • Research and report talent market data and insights
  • Perform the sourcing process from research, outreach, initial contact and engagement
  • Partner closely with the recruiters 
  • Proactively build and cultivate talent networks while identifying talents
  • Subject Matter Expert in demographic analytics and reporting

 

Your Profile 

  • Bachelor Degree related to Human Resources, first working experience within recruiting preferred 
  • Understanding of the sourcing lifecycle and understanding of TA tools such as LinkedIn and Talent Insights
  • Good knowledge with Excel preferred, first experience with SuccessFactors, would be a plus
  • Solid English language skills, further languages (esp. German) are a plus
  • Teamplayer with the ability to learn by doing
