Planning & Logistics Engineer

About the Team

We are looking for a new colleague in Supply Chain team at our location in Rayong, Thailand. 

What you can look forward to as a Planning & Logistics Engineer:

• Update weekly and monthly customer orders and forecasts, track fluctuations, and manage annual demand planning for MPS and MRP
• Confirm customer delivery based on MPS/MRP, inventory, and cost considerations, while monitoring daily on‑time delivery and handling customer negotiations for any delivery impact
• Develop and execute weekly, monthly, and yearly MPS/MRP plans to ensure production capacity, material availability, lead‑time control, inventory balance, and freight/transportation efficiency
• Track daily production plan versus actual output, coordinate with cross‑functional teams to resolve issues affecting materials, production, and customer delivery, and ensure smooth process and system alignment
• Manage weekly/monthly/yearly inventory for finished goods, materials, and in‑transit stock, perform daily/weekly/month‑end/yearly reporting, support shortage management, and contribute to continuous improvement activities

Your Profile as a Planning & Logistics Engineer:

• Bachelor's or Higher Degree in Engineering, Logistics and Supply Chain Management. At least +5 years of working experience in Planning skills for Production planning , Material planning, Demand planning.
• Have work experience in automotive industry and manufacturing company
• English Communication for both Writing and Communication.
• Expert in Excel formula and Knowledge in MS Application, such as MS Word & MS Excel. Experience in SAP, ERP, Planning Systems.
• Import-Export and BOI Knowledge
