Senior Supplier Quality Assurance Engineer (m/f/d)

For our plant in Peterlee/UK, we are looking for a Senior Supplier Quality Assurance Engineer (m/f/d).

Your tasks:

• Manage the plants supplier quality team (Engineers, Technicians and an Apprentice)
• Ensure supplier quality concerns are managed by the team until resolved
• Manage supplier change requests
• Ensure that supplier metrics/KPI’s are monitored and reported
• Take corrective action against suppliers that do not meet the required standards

Your profile:

• Strong leadership skills
• Good communicator (written and verbal)
• Able to work in a high-pressure, fast paced environment
• Knowledge of automotive electronics is highly desirable
• Experienced in APQP and PPAP processes
