• Initiate, conceptualize, and execute the regional Workshop & Network Management strategy, aligning with the global Service & Network Management framework while considering regional market specifics and needs
• Drive engagement through workshop connections, concepts, loyalty programs, training programs, and downstream customer solutions to achieve targets at points of sale, repair, and decision (POS/POR/POD)
• Enhance technical support and training capabilities within the region by developing, managing, and deploying a team of (technical) trainers
• Support and participate in relevant trade fairs and events within the region
• Collaborate effectively with key regional stakeholders, including Sales, Marketing, and other departments
• Lead and develop a team that is accountable, collaborative, diverse, entrepreneurial, and passionate

Your Profile as Workshop & Network Manager BL PC, AP：

• Extensive knowledge of the distribution and workshop landscape in the passenger car aftermarket within the Asia-Pacific region
• Customer-centric and entrepreneurial mindset with a proven track record of transforming ideas from conceptualization to execution
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills in complex matrix organizations to collaborate effectively across different levels of the organization
• Preferred: Technical understanding of passenger car repair & service solutions
