Service Workshop Executive

Your Tasks:

• Support Service partners and networks audits, trainings, tools and technical requests
• Provide marketing landscape of future Service Partners based on products in region.
• Assisting Service Engineer to attend to Customers and Fleets request of field service and repairs.
• Assisting Service Engineer to Furnish/provide Technical Field Report once task is completed.
• Assisting Service Engineer (local & overseas) by providing technical Training to Truck and Bus fleets.
• Follow-up on pending Service Field jobs and report/schedule plan for next appointment
• Setup monitoring system and communicating the service intervals of ZF transmission and components to Customers.
• Support to audit internal workshop and identifying training needs for service engineers and Technicians.
• Travelling locally and outstation (land and air) as and when is needed as instructed by Service manager / Country Head of Malaysia
• Other ad-hoc technical and service tasks as assigned by Service Manager / Country Head of Malaysia

Your Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technical college graduate
• Over 3-5years technical and/or mechanical knowledge and experience in automotive industry (i.e. Technical Support, Engineer, Senior Mechanic)
• Technical Support, Engineer and Senior Mechanic in workshop of automotive AM industry is preferred, or machinery/ electronic manufacturer.
• Proficiency with MS tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.) and Quick learner for new IT tools
• Experience of managing external partner companies/fleet operators 
• Willing to Travel
