We are currently expanding our teams in ASEAN and looking for new colleagues who will join our team at our location PJ, Malaysia.

Your tasks:

• Drive optimal sales & service-footprint with regards to customer proximity and incremental sales
• Ensure customer network management and execution in the responsibility as area-/team-leader by providing local capability (technically & commercially)
• Identify and consolidate local distribution & service requirements as further quantitative & qualitative potentials to be aligned with regional Network Management
• Responsible for Network concept promotion, roll-out and implementation into the market
• Ensure technical training content / -availability according to concept requirements and customer needs
• Promote and prioritize local service-concept-development
• Monitor & track network quality development and execution
• Voice of local markets into business-line-organization

Your profile:

• Bacherlor degree in Business Management or Engineering or equivalent
• Sales, promotion and customer care skills
• Technical understanding for the related products and customer needs
• Tactical thinking, analytical skills & capability to manage complexity
• Strong intercultural competence with deep regional background for market and services
• Understanding of Network Management in the Automotive Service & Repair Business 
• Entrepreneurial thinking
