We are currently expanding our teams in ASEAN and looking for new colleagues who will join our team at our location PJ, Malaysia.

Your tasks:

• Drive the sub-region to achieve or exceed ZF Aftermarket strategic and operational goals and targets
• Develop the national leadership team ensuring team cohesion and collaboration across all national & regional functions and locations to achieve or exceed the targets
• Develop Local for Local business strategies, customers communications and proximities programs.
• Design and implement customer and product specific strategies for country -  in collaboration with Business Lines
• Ensure effective customer proximities and efficient usage of resources across all Business Lines and functions in the Sub-Region
• Design, implement and monitor the best performance measurements enabling financial and commercial performance in line with OP as well as risk anticipation and mitigation
• Drive successful delivery of key projects in the sub-region, incl. structural adjustments, synergy creation and business transformations
• Develop robust networks with AM peers and industry associations in the sub-region, promote best practice sharing and collaboration; position ZF Aftermarket as a reliable partner
• Represent ZF Aftermarket in front of customers and country transport regulators
• Ensure deployment of internal communication initiatives in country
• Act as main point of escalation for customers and internal topics in the sub-region
• Anticipate, participate and involve in Country transport regulations and policies development
• Manage Key Customer Accounts assigned.

Your profile:

• Strong knowledge of Automotive Aftermarket in all segments
• Strong knowledge of customer structures and expert on local market set up and dynamics
• Knowledge in local financial, HR, logistic and business practices.
• Exercises “natural authority” in cultural context
• Deep understanding of country automotive business, market trends, country regulations, innovation and business landscapes
• Strong relationship management and influencing skills
• People developer and leader
• Sales and customer developer
