Team Lead Finance Hub (m/f/d)

About the Team:

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated Financial Controller who wants to play a key role in shaping daily Controlling Factory operations and contributing to continuous process improvement.

What you can look forward to as Team Lead Finance Hub (m/f/d):

• Monitor processes executions, track governance, e.g., consistent reporting standards, guidelines, SLA requirements,
• Leading a team withing controlling factory, allocates tasks to operational staff, team development, incl. coaching and assessments,
• Monitoring and evaluation of operational staff and ensuring timely and accurate transaction execution according to global standards,
• Implement continuous improvement measures, automation and process optimization,
• Report performance to internal customers, conduct ad hoc financial analysis,
• Identify and assess financial risks to the company and develop risk mitigation strategies,
• Supports the overall process design and the management of change requests,
• Accountable that Service Level Agreements are met,
• Manages resolution of process of issues raised within (-sub) process area and aligns topics with relevant stakeholders (e.g. Quality Assurance, Controls, Improvement Manager)

Your profile as Team Lead Finance Hub (m/f/d):

• Undergraduate university degree preferably in Finance / Controlling Business Administration, master’s degree is a plus,
• 5+ years of experience in a relevant area (esp. CO), preferably in an international environment and / or automotive industry, within shared service organization,
• Thereof 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the relevant (sub-) process area and an overall good Finance knowledge,
• 1+ years’ experience in a shared service environment,
• Experienced in realizing process efficiencies and improvements,
• Strong communication and customer service orientation,
• Strong verbal and written communication in English; additional languages as a plus.
