We are searching for a new colleague within our HR team in Novi Sad or Pančevo!

 

Your tasks:

 

  • Discover and engage with the best talent in the market to build current pipelines and future hiring needs through different channels.
  • Perform the sourcing process from research, outreach, initial contact, and engagement
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand the role’s requirements, the function, and how it fits into the organization, acting as a strategic sourcing advisor
  • Research and report talent market data and insights, regularly track pipeline metrics to share with internal stakeholders, recommend and drive improvements that impact specific pipeline areas.
  • Proactively build and cultivate talent networks while identifying talents, strategize different ways to build & engage both passive & active talent pipelines and execute on tactical research, referral, events, and outreach campaigns
  • Be responsible for managing the existing database, keeping relevant information up to date, and re-engaging existing talent pools for the new requisitions
  • Subject Matter Expert in demographic analytics and reporting

 

Your profile:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree related to Human Resources, first working experience within recruiting preferred
  • Understanding of the sourcing lifecycle and understanding of TA tools such as LinkedIn and Talent Insights
  • Good knowledge with Excel preferred, first experience with SuccessFactors, would be a plus
  • Solid English language skills, further languages (esp. German) are a plus
  • Team player with the ability to learn by doing
