Supervisor Waste and Chemicals Management

Job Description

We are searching for a new colleague within our Logistics team in Pančevo!
 
Your tasks:
 

• Planning and administration of auxiliary materials/chemicals and supplies
• Supply all functional areas with auxiliary materials/chemicals and supplies, in terms of quantity and schedule, ensuring and determining required quantities in coordination with the internal customer
• Ensuring the professional and economical disposal of all solid and liquid waste materials, taking into account operational and legal requirements
• Carry out disposition, check delivery schedules, clarify delivery situation with purchasing and suppliers
• Operational responsibility for dangerous goods handling, proof of disposal, order and delivery notes, consignment notes, invoices, and credit notes
• Updating inventory of all chemicals and waste
• Ensuring that there is regulated chemicals, scrap and waste management system, in cooperation with EHS, logistic operations, purchasing, production and customs departments
• Preparation of documentation, data and reports to the Environmental Protection Agency regarding regulatory requirements within the field of chemicals and waste
• Waste and chemical management documentation development

Your profile:
 

• University degree in a field of technical/environmental studies or similar
• Chemical Advisor license
• Experience or internships in a field of Environment Protection/Chemical and Waste Management are desirable
• Good knowledge of MS Office and general computer literacy, SAP knowledge desirable
• Fluency in English Language
• Developed communication skills and high work ethics
