About the Team:

What you can look forward to as R&D Project Controller:

• Project Controlling for R&D departments
• Support coordination and execution of financial key processes (Strategic Planning, Operational Planning, Forecast, Monthly closing, etc.) in collaboration with local and global Controlling team
• Analyze plan deviations of financial key figures and derive steering implications.
• Support ad-hoc analyses, generation and consolidation of reports and presentations (e.g. for management meetings)
• Cost Center controlling for overhead R&D functions, including budgeting and hourly rates calculation

Your Profile as R&D Project Controller:

• Successfully completed university degree in Finance, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent
• Finance/Controlling experience within a manufacturing company (automotive preferable); Work experience in a multinational environment is an advantage
• Fluent in English, German language knowledge is advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office software, especially MS Excel; Good knowledge in SAP
• Ability to work under pressure and in a team, strongly analytical mind-set & excellent communication skills
