About the Team

As part of our Quality team, you will play a key role in maintaining and improving our Quality Management System while supporting reporting activities across Plant, Business Unit, Division, and Group levels. The team is responsible for ensuring compliance with international quality standards, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and promoting a strong quality culture throughout the organization. Working closely with internal stakeholders, customers, suppliers, and lead plants, you will contribute to achieving operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

What you can look forward to as QMS Engineer:

• Manage and maintain QMS documentation and databases, ensuring compliance with company and industry standards.
• Coordinate and support internal and external audits, including IATF 16949, customer audits, and follow-up of corrective actions.
• Prepare, validate, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual Quality KPI reports for Plant, Business Unit, Division, and Group management.
• Monitor quality targets, track improvement measures, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support the preparation of Corporate Quality Meetings (CQM), Customer Quality Reviews (CQR), and Supplier Quality Reviews (SQR).
• Conduct process and product audits according to applicable standards and internal requirements.
• Deliver basic training on quality system processes, certification awareness, procedures, and work instructions.

Your Profile as QMS Engineer:

• University degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional experience in Quality Management Systems, quality reporting, or a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
• Good knowledge of quality standards such as IATF 16949 and ISO 9001; knowledge of VDA 6.3 and CQI audits is considered an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in KPI reporting, data validation, and performance monitoring.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, as well as experience working with SAP and Power BI.
• Ability to organize and manage documentation, reports, and multiple tasks in a structured and efficient manner.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to collaborate across functions and provide training.
• Fluent English language skills
