Project Analyst

Your tasks as Project Analyst:

 

  • Creation and maintenance of project plans in coordination with the project manager as well as the list of open points in the project, for controlling the tasks
  • Documentation of project meetings and tracking of defines measures
  • Preparation and follow-up of meetings, creation of project status reports, and presentations on the project status
  • Systemic maintenance of the PM tool incl. support in the documentation of deliverables within the framework of the GDPEP as well as the creation of gate reports
  • Ensuring the project team's ability to perform (coordination of IT infrastructure setup, tool accounts, etc.)
  • Coordination of interdisciplinary project tasks

 

Your profile as Project Analyst:

  • Successfully completed technical or business studies
  • Theoretical knowledge and practical experience with standard project management methods
  • Handling of MS Office to create templates and reports
  • Confident interpersonal approach, resilience in crisis situations
  • Analytical and structured ability to think, independent setting of priorities, as well as organizational skills
  • Fluent in spoken and written English, German would be considered as a plus
