About the Team

In Program Purchasing for Pure Electric Applications, you will play an active role in shaping innovative products for passenger cars and commercial vehicles, from the early development phase through industrialization and launch. You will coordinate international sourcing activities, negotiate competitive commercial conditions, and ensure the timely availability of suppliers, components, prototypes, and services in line with project requirements. By linking purchasing strategy with project execution, you will contribute to achieving cost, quality, timing, and customer objectives. You will be part of an international procurement team, working within a dedicated e-mobility sub-team of five people.

What you can look forward to as Program Buyer :

• Purchasing representative to ensure realization and achievement of commercial and timing targets.
• Plan and manage project related sourcing of components.
• Participate on supplier negotiations and nominations together with commodity purchasing.

• Participate in Make-and-Buy analysis and implement the strategy throughout the project lifetime.
• Drive the change management process including price negotiation in coordination with commodity purchasing and specialists’ departments.

Your profile as Program Buyer :

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in technical or economic field
• Experience and deep understanding of purchasing processes

• Fluent  English language, German language would be an advantage
• Ability to work in multifunctional and multicultural teams
• Problem-solving thinking combined with target-oriented working
