Production Manager (Business Unit Electronic Components)

Your tasks as Production Manager:

• Management of the entire production of electronic components and all processes within it, in order to ensure efficient and timely production within the defined quality and costs
• Planning, managing and monitoring of entire business unit production processes, with the aim of optimal use of existing capacities of machines and people
• Continuous monitoring, analysis and improving of established performance indicators, as well as regular reporting (e.g. analysis of deviations, reports on production OEE, TPM, quality and injuries etc.)
• Management, evaluation, motivation and development of subordinates of entire production business unit
• Participation in creation and operational implementation of local business strategy, business unit budgeting, planning and control of time and resources

Your profile as Production Manager:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience on similar positions
• University degree in a field of Engineering is preferable
• Highly developed knowledge regarding KPIs and people management within production environment
• Knowledge of MS Office on high level, experience with SAP is desirable, knowledge of English language Developed leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
