Your responsibilities as a Product Manager:

• Change management for the entire Transmission & E-Mobility product portfolio for passenger cars over the entire life cycle
• Coordination of change management for small series projects and construction deviations in the aftermarket
• Responsibility for timely technical and commercial evaluation of change requests
• Project coordination for phase-out projects (support within the scope of the area of responsibility)
• Definition and coordination of spare parts strategies with the OES to ensure serviceability.
• Central contact person for all technical topics of transmission and e-mobility as well as technical contact for the OES

Your Profile as a Product Manager:

• Degree with Master's/Bachelor's degree/Diploma Uni/FH/TH in the field of mechanical engineering/industrial engineering or comparable technical education with appropriate knowledge and experience
• Preferably experience in the field of ZF Aftermarket
• Very good knowledge of the entire passenger care Transmission & E-Mobility product portfolios (5HP, 6HP, 8HP, 9HP, electrical Axle)
• German and English, both written and spoken Independent, goal-oriented way of working; Initiative and ability to work in a team

AUFGABEN:

• Change-Management für das gesamte Produktportfolio Transmission & E-Mobility für Passenger Cars über den kompletten Lebenszyklus hinweg
• Koordination des Change-Managements für Kleinserienprojekte und Bauabweichungen im Aftermarket
• Verantwortung für fristgerechte technische und kommerzielle Bewertung der Änderungsanfragen
• Projektkoordination für Phase-out Projekte (Unterstützung im Rahmen des Aufgabengebietes)
• Definition und Abstimmung von Ersatzteilstrategien mit dem OES zur Sicherstellung der Servicefähigkeit
• Zentraler Ansprechpartner weltweit zu technischen Themen Transmission und E-Mobility sowie technischer Ansprechpartner für den OES

ANFORDERUNGEN:

• Studium mit Master-/Bachelorabschluss/Diplom Uni/FH/TH in Fachrichtung Maschinenbau/Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare technische Ausbildung mit entsprechenden Kenntnissen und Erfahrungen
• Vorzugsweise Erfahrungen im Bereich ZF Aftermarket
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse über die gesamte Produktportfolios Transmission & E-Mobility (5HP, 6HP, 8HP, 9HP, elektrische Achsen)
• Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
• Selbständige, zielorientierte Arbeitsweise; Eigeninitiative und Teamfähigkeit
