About The Team

Our Quality Department plays a key role in ensuring the highest standards of product and process quality within the E-Axle production area. The team works closely with Production, Process Engineering, Maintenance, Logistics, and Suppliers to continuously improve manufacturing performance and customer satisfaction. Through the application of automotive quality standards, problem-solving methodologies, and continuous improvement activities, we contribute directly to the success of our products and processes.

What you can look forward to as Process Quality Engineer:

•    Ensuring product and process quality in accordance with customer requirements, internal standards, and IATF 16949 requirements.
•    Monitoring and controlling quality throughout the manufacturing process of Axle components and finished products.
•    Analyzing and resolving internal and external complaints using quality tools such as 8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa, and similar methodologies.
•    Coordinating root cause analyses and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
•    Executing activities defined in Control Plans and ensuring compliance with all quality control requirements in production.
•    Monitoring and analyzing key quality indicators (PPM, Scrap, Rework, Cost of Poor Quality, Cpk, Cmk).
•    Participating in PFMEA activities, Control Plan updates, and preparation of work instructions.
•    Supporting internal, external, and customer audits and ensuring timely implementation of corrective actions.
•    Driving containment activities, product sorting actions, and continuous improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies.
•    Preparing quality reports and presenting results to management.

Your Profile as Process Quality Engineer:

•    Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field.
•    Preferably experience in quality assurance within the automotive industry.
•    Good knowledge of English language (written and spoken).
•    Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
•    Knowledge of automotive quality tools and methodologies (8D, FMEA, Control Plan, SPC, MSA, 5 Why, Ishikawa).
•    Understanding of IATF 16949 and automotive core tools.
•    Strong analytical skills, structured problem-solving approach, and teamwork orientation.
