Your Tasks:

 

  • Support of serial production for welding processes for e-mobility products
  • Technical lead for critical problem solving related with welding processes
  • Perform root cause analysis, process capability studies and using them to derive improvement actions
  • Optimize welding processes to reduce scrap rate, increase line efficiency
  • Keep up to date manufacturing documents and work instructions

 

Your Profile:

 

  • Successfully completed studies of Mechanical engineering or comparable field of study
  • Preferable work experience in Laser welding processes
  • Organizational skills and ability to work in a team, independent way of working, resilience and flexibility
  • Preferably work experience in high volume manufacturing environment
  • Very good English skills
