About the Team

You will become part of the Maintenance Team responsible for ensuring the reliability and proper operation of automated production lines in a modern manufacturing environment. The team currently consists of 3 Maintenance Engineers, 4 Maintenance Technicians, and a Maintenance Supervisor. Together, we focus on rapid troubleshooting, downtime analysis, equipment reliability improvement, preventive maintenance execution, and implementation of permanent solutions that enhance production efficiency. We promote teamwork, knowledge sharing, and continuous process improvement.

What can you look forward to as Mechatronics Engineer:

• Diagnose and troubleshoot faults on production lines
• Analyze downtime root causes and implement permanent corrective actions
• Support maintenance technicians in preventive and corrective maintenance activities
• Collaborate with production and other departments to resolve technical issues in a timely manner
• Read and interpret electrical and pneumatic schematics
• Participate in continuous improvement projects aimed at increasing process efficiency and equipment performance

Your Profile as Mechatronics Engineer:

• University degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field
• Previous experience in the maintenance of industrial manufacturing equipment is mandatory
• Good knowledge of pneumatic systems
• Good understanding of industrial sensors and sensor operating principles
• Strong troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills
• Ability to perform fault analysis and identify root causes (Root Cause Analysis)
• Ability to work independently, with a responsible and systematic approach to problem-solving
• Knowledge of TIA Portal software and experience with industrial communication networks (Profinet, Profibus, etc.) is a plus
• Proficiency in English
