About the Team

As part of the Logistics Department, our team is responsible for securing uninterrupted production by ensuring the right materials are available at the right time and in the right quantities. The team brings together expertise in material planning, packaging coordination, production planning, customer management, and supply chain coordination. We act as a central link between customers, suppliers, and manufacturing operations, driving operational excellence and responsiveness to changing business needs. Our mission is to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction while achieving targeted inventory levels and supporting sustainable business growth.

What you can look forward to as Materials & Packaging Coordinator:

•    Plan material and packaging requirements based on production plans, customer demand, and forecasts.
•    Manage supplier orders and monitor deliveries to ensure material availability and minimize supply risks.
•    Control inventory levels, safety stocks, and packaging assets while driving inventory optimization.
•    Coordinate closely with suppliers and internal departments to resolve supply, packaging, and logistics issues.
•    Maintain accurate ERP master data and planning parameters to support effective MRP execution.
•    Support new product launches, engineering changes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
•    Monitor key logistics KPIs, prepare reports, and contribute to cost optimization and supply chain performance improvements.
•    Ensure compliance with company procedures, customer requirements, and quality standards.

Your Profile as Materials & Packaging Coordinator:

•    Completed degree in industrial engineering, economics or business administration with a focus on suppy chain and logistics
•    Good communication skills, ability to work well in a team
•    Good MS Office (Excel/PP) and SAP skills (MM module prefferable)
•    Good knowledge of written and spoken English
