Local Process ERP Engineer - Logistic

ZF is an innovation-driven company that develops volume production-ready products based on its own research and development efforts and thus invests in the future in a targeted way. We are expanding our teams in Serbia and looking for a new colleague to join our Logistic team at our location in Pančevo.

What can you look forward to as Local Process ERP Engineer - Logistic:

•    Introducing and configuring logistics related new ERP functionalities, onboarding new suppliers (including TOMS platform setup) and managing Incoterms related configurations
•    Monitoring and analyzing end to end logistics and production processes, proposing and implementing optimization measures within SAP (WM, EWM, PP, SD…)
•    Supporting daily logistics operations in SAP: material receiving, internal logistics flows, production order management, export processes and inventory administration
•    Managing system integrations and key interfaces, including EDI connections with customers and suppliers, Mobisys scanner devices and printing/labeling setups
•    Maintaining and configuring key logistics process settings in SAP—such as supply areas, storage bins and Kanban parameters—and providing support for serial number management and related system functionalities
•    Creating documentation, guidelines and work instructions, conducting user training and providing first level support to end users and new colleagues

Your profile as Local Process ERP Engineer - Logistic :

•    University degree in a technical field
•    Several years of experience in similar ERP/SAP or IT process roles 
•    Experience with SAP modules MM, WM, EWM, PP (SD is an advantage)
•    Fluent in English
•    Strong MS Office skills
•    Analytical mindset, structured work approach, strong communication and cross functional collaboration skills
