Job Description

ZF is an innovation-driven company that develops volume production-ready products based on its own research and development efforts and thus invests in the future in a targeted way. We are expanding our teams in Serbia and looking for a new colleague to join our team at our location in Pančevo.

 

What can you look forward to as an IT Support Technician:

  • Acts as the main contact for local users in their IT support domain
  • Processes requests received through the ticketing system
  • Configures, installs, and maintains computers and IT devices assigned to users
  • Maintains the internal database of assigned and available IT assets
  • Installs various software via a central tool (SCCM)
  • Develops and maintains system documentation
  • Provides user support, e.g., error analysis in hardware and software, network and interfaces, as well as solution development, initiation, coordination, and alignment in terms of problem resolution, error logging, maintenance, and creation of work instructions and system usage guidelines, editing automatic asset reorganization, data control, and security

 

Your profile as an IT Support Technician:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent field
  • Experience with identifying, diagnosing, and resolving common IT issues involving software, hardware, network, and applications
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-driven and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Fluent in English
