Tasks:

Leading, steering and developing of the launch management department in the plant
Operative responsible for the launch management projects in the plant
Interface to the divisional launch management dep.
Methodical launch management Expert in the plant that secures the proper execution according ZF project management standards
Further development of the launch management process in regards to divisional needs

Skills:

Bachelor's/Master's degree/diploma in industrial engineering/technical business administration or mechanical engineering with sound knowledge of business administration
Several years of experience in Operations / Project Management / or similar in the automotive environment
Proven experiences as leader / several years experience as a leader in automotive environment
Good moderation and presentation skills as well as a good command of written and spoken English (C1 level)
Willingness to travel on business
