HR Systems and Reporting Specialist

We are looking for a new colleague in our HR Department!


Your tasks:


  • In charge of full cycle of HRIS implementation and acts as a key point of contact for all HRIS related matters
  • Works with both stakeholders and suppliers to gather and analyze business requirements and leads the planning, development, testing, and implementation of the HR system
  • Organizing training, develops user procedures and guidelines. Trains new system users on new processes/functionalities
  • In charge of maintaining the system, implementing process improvement ensuring data quality
  • Identifying opportunities for automation within all aspects of HR processes
  • Provides support to the HR team, as well as department managers on all HR reporting and system matters
  • Develops and maintains standard and ad hoc reports, templates, dashboards and comments the most important trends
  • Maintains strong relationships with colleagues to understand team’s and company’s objectives so the reporting is relevant and useful


Your profile:


  • Successfully completed University degree in a field of Finance, IT, Business Administration or similar
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience, preferable within automotive industry or similar production systems
  • Proficiency in MS Office (with advanced knowledge of MS Excel)
  • Experience in SAP (or any other HRIS) implementation
  • Passionate systems, processes, and analytics
  • Fluent English language skills
  • Independence in work, high organizational skills with great attention to detail
  • Proven experience in process improvement
