We are searching for a new colleague within our HR team in Pančevo!

 

Your Tasks as HR Administrator:

 

  • Provide independent support by performing a variety of administrative duties
  • Work on specialist topics in coordination with the HR representatives
  • Prepare and support a broad variety of HR activities (i.e. contracts signing, on-boarding)
  • Maintain employee personal files through data base, archive and internal system
  • Handle task-related internal and external correspondence

 

Your Profile as HR Administrator:

 

  • University Degree in Law, Business Administration or comparable qualification with relevant work experience
  • Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office applications
  • Self-motivated personality with excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Social competence and high level of empathy with good communication skills
  • Fluent English language skills
