HR Administrator (Temporary position)

We are searching for a new colleague within our HR team in Pančevo! Please note: This is a temporary position, maternity leave cover.
Your tasks and responsibilities as HR Administrator:
- Provide independent support to employees and HR team by performing a variety of administrative duties
- Work on various HR specific topics in collaboration with the wider HR team
- Creating company policies and ensuring legal compliance
- Creating ad hoc reports
- Prepare and support a broad variety of HR activities (i.e. contracts signing, on-boarding)
- Maintain employee personal files through data base, archive and internal system
- Being the first point of contact for employees on any HR related queries
- Assisting the payroll team by ensuring the employee data provided is accurate and compliant
- Helping with various arrangements internally, from travel to processing expenses
- Handle task-related internal and external correspondence
Your profile as HR Administrator:
- University Degree in Law, Business Administration or comparable qualification with relevant work experience (nice to have: 3 years of experience)
- Knowledge of Serbian law is a must
- Experience with HR software
- Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office – MS Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint
- Self-motivated personality with excellent time management and organizational skills
- Social competence and high level of empathy with good communication skills
- Fluent English language skills
