About the Team
The Q-Electronic Laboratory team is part of the Quality Management organization and plays a key role in ensuring product reliability and customer satisfaction. The team investigates product failures throughout the product lifecycle, identifies root causes, and supports the implementation of corrective and preventive actions. Working closely with Product Development, Manufacturing, Laboratories, and Customer Quality teams, we contribute to the continuous improvement of products and processes. What you can look forward to as Electornic Laboratory Engineer:
- Perform root cause investigations of product failures using structured engineering methodologies.
- Develop and execute failure analysis procedures, test plans, and validation activities.
- Conduct functional testing and coordinate activities with internal and external laboratories.
- Analyze product and test data to identify non-conformities and determine failure mechanisms.
- Prepare technical reports and communicate analysis results to stakeholders and customers.
- Collaborate with Product Development, Manufacturing, Quality, and Customer teams to implement corrective actions.
- Drive continuous improvement of statistical, non-destructive, and destructive testing methods.
- Support cross-functional problem-solving activities and contribute to product reliability improvements.
Your Profile as Electronic Laboratory Engineer:
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a comparable technical discipline.
- Professional experience in failure analysis, quality engineering, product testing, or electronics development is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and structured problem-solving methodologies.
- Experience with electronic laboratory equipment such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, TDR, BERT, signal generators, power supplies, and source/measure units.
- Ability to analyze complex technical data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Familiarity with statistical evaluation methods and reliability testing techniques.
- Fluent English language skills
