Your tasks as Team Lead Controlling:


  • Responsible for the plant controlling team & task coordination (incl. deadline assurance): monthly/ half-year and year-end closings, budget planning, forecasts and performance reviews
  • Accountable for the coordination and consolidation of KPIs, report documents, preparation of special requests/ ad-hoc evaluation
  • Responsible for intercompany alignments (charges and price definitions), ramp-up tracking and productivity controlling
  • Acting as interface towards department heads as supporter and challenger to assure KPI driven performance and operational execution, breaking down targets, initiate and measures to fulfil targets.
  • Deliverables: clear and correct analyzes and reports including interpretations as a baseline for decision making, (including measure definition and performance recovery)
  • Initiating & execution of special projects (e.g. individual cost savings initiatives or business/ project case calculations) and business case calculations


Your profile as Team Lead Controlling:


  • Master Degree in accounting, finance or other business related field
  • Min. of 3 years controlling experience and relevant experience in leadership
  • Solid knowledge of the policies, procedures, and regulations of accounting and investment, supervisory techniques as well as personnel policies and procedures
  • Knowledge in IFRS, local GAAP and taxation procedures and solid PC skills: experience with ERP systems/applications (SAP Fi/Co expertise), digitalization tools.
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Fluent English; Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate complex business issues in a clear/concise manner
