Customer Value Management Specialist

Your Tasks Customer Value Management Specialist:

 

  • Leading (cross-divisional) teams and conducting workshops to disclose cost structures to customers and/or working out cost reduction potentials in cooperation with customers
  • Demonstrating, explaining, and defending cost contents of quotes to customers
  • Managing and coordinating (cross-divisional) customer involving projects for offer plausibility checks, and in particular for series and prototype prices, development and tooling costs
  • Defining customer and product related cost disclosure strategies, based on the sales strategy
  • Support Target Cost Management
  • Calculation of the Cost impact associated with technical changes
  • Team member in international and cross functional projects and steering of subprojects

 


Your Profile Customer Value Management Specialist: 

 

  • University degree in a technical field (Engineering, Engineering Management, or similar)
  • Preferable experience in (e.g. Sales Engineering, Project Management, Process and Product Engineering or VAVE)
  • Several years of professional experience, preferably in industrial technical sales (automotive or automotive supplier) with strong cost awareness
  • Fluent English language skills, knowledge of German Language is an advantage
  • Very good moderation and presentation skills, ability to work in a team, flexibility, resilience, and commitment
  • Willingness to travel
