About the Team
Our Software Calibration & Functional Test team is responsible for the validation, calibration, and verification of advanced e-Drive systems for the automotive industry. We work closely with international development and production teams to ensure the highest standards of quality, performance, and reliability of electric drive solutions. The team combines expertise in software, electronics, and system testing to support both development projects and serial production activities. Collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement are key aspects of our daily work.
What you can look forward to as Calibration & System Test Engineer - Production Support :
- Analyze and evaluate functional requirements, test requirements, specifications, and standards for electric drive systems.
- Develop, calibrate, test,validatee-Drive functionalities and system behaviorand create and execute test cases, calibration activities, and validation procedures.
- Analyze, verify, and document calibration and test results; create reports and technical documentation.
- Perform root cause analysis and support issue resolution
- Present results to local and international counterpart teams (PNV/SCW/ARB/FRD)
- Cooperate in international project teams and contribute to continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with ASPICE and quality standards.
- Provide technical support to production and EOL testing activities, including troubleshooting and implementation of corrective actions
Your Profile as Calibration & System Test Engineer - Production Support:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Mechatronics, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
- Experience with measurement, calibration, diagnostics, and test automation tools such as CANape, INCA, Kefea, vSignalyzer, EXAM, and Morphee
- Good understanding of electric drive systems, power electronics, inverter/converter technologies, and electric motor concepts
- Knowledge of automotive communication protocols, especially CAN and FlexRay
- Familiarity with Automotive SPICE, Functional Safety (ISO 26262), and automotive development processes
- Experience with test benches, validation activities, and high-voltage systems (HV Level 2 qualification is an advantage)
- Business-fluent English skills
